We take great care in selecting our manufacturing partners. Our diapers and pants are produced by Fippi SA in Italy. Your subscription is charged upon the placement of your first order. Subsequent charges occur when your package is getting shipped each month, ensuring a seamless experience.

Orders placed before 12:00 pm are typically dispatched the same day. We ship within 2-3 work days. In special occasions (christmas, black friday, cyber monday etc.) shipping can take up to 5 days.
