Trial packs
The trial package automatically becomes a paid subscription. The start of the subscription is displayed to the customer when the trial package is ordered. The subscription can be configured via the online store. It can be canceled after the delivery of the first product (Trial pack).

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lofties and our affiliates, officers, and employees from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or violation of any law.
Eligibility for Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return under the following conditions:
- Subscribers can return products free of charge.
- Non-subscribers must cover the return shipping costs themselves.
- If the diaper size becomes too small, subscribers can exchange the box at no additional cost once the returned box is received at our logistics centre.
- For non-subscribers, if the diaper size is too small, they must pay for the return shipping and a handling fee of CHF 5.– will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Customers who have not cancelled their subscription but wish to return a received box must pay for the return shipping, and a CHF 5.– handling fee will be deducted from the total refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unused
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:
- Your item is defective or damaged
- You receive the wrong item (ex. size)
We will evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that processing times for your bank or credit card company may vary.

Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable, it shall not affect the enforceability of the remaining provisions.
